Pours a cloudy, dark OJ color with a large yellowed head. Great retention and lacing.
Lime and pepper show first in the nose. They’re quite muted with the head on, but things turn ominously dank once the head eventually dissipates. There’s almost a Playdoh note in there too, but it feels more associated with the hops than any malt.
Interesting mix of dankness and lime carries over to the taste.
Medium bodied and very lightly creamy. A little zip of carbonation.
Not bad, but they’ve made a lot better.
