Collaboration with Basqueland Brewing
Our friends from Northern Spain stopped by the taproom so we had to make everything perfect or "super soigné" as they like to say. We cooked up this DIPA with a fun and interesting mix of hops like Strata, Sultana and the fairly-rare Neomexicanus hop variety, Medusa.
