The classic is still here and always will be. We like to experiment with alternate Snowbirds versions every year but the original will always hold it down. Brewed with our favorite snowbirds, @jwakefieldbeer.

On tap at Other Half Finger Lakes in Bloomfield, NY.
This one pours a very dark black color, with a small head, and not much lacing.
This smells like milk chocolate, molasses, caramel, and coconut.
This was the worst of the new BA Snowbirds set, pretty easily. It's just so sweet, syrupy, and muddled - neither the barrel nor the adjuncts clearly come through - it just feels like melted ice cream and sugar. I want the adjuncts to at least come out more strongly, but they all kind of meld together in a generally sweet amalgamation. There's also essentially no barrel character.
This is thick, syrupy, and sweet, with very little booziness.
The barrel aged Snowbirds' tend to be some of the best stouts that Other Half does, but, you can't win them all clearly.
