8th Anniversary Edition
Our 4th Anniversary IPA is back! Brewed with Pilsner malt, oats, and wheat before being aggressively hopped with Citra, Galaxy, Enigma, El Dorado, Mosaic, and Citra Lupulin powder and double dry-hopped with the same. Then, we gave it two more dry hop additions of Galaxy, Citra Lupulin, and Mosaic. Soft and juicy.

Poured from a can (20Jan2022) into the OH 8th anny glass
L: pours a completely opaque, lighter orange yellow with a moderate slightly off-white head. Head fades slowly, leaving some chunky lacing as it does. Sips leave really great lacing, good looking brew
S: very inviting nose, mix of juicy tropical fruit with a bit of sweetness combined with brighter, citrus-forward character. Pineapple up front, bit of gummy candy, some mango. Nice navel orange notes cutting into the sweetness a bit. Not much to point out on the abv front
T: follows the nose well, a really well balanced fruit-forward flavor. Getting that pineapple/orange/tropical fruit mix the nose suggested. Opens with that freshly cut, juicy fruit/gummy candy character and shifts towards a very pleasant bitterness into the medium+ finish. It’s a nice transition of favor, big fan. No sign of the abv here, and doesn’t suffer from that overly sweet TIPA thing
F: medium+ body, medium carbonation. Quite smooth, soft, slightly drying at the end - nice contrast to the mostly sweet swallow. Incredibly drinkable, dangerously so
O: absolutely delicious brew. Out of the versions of 4th I’ve had (missed the original) would say this is may favorite. On that note, went through my previous reviews - would definitely say this is my favorite!
