This Mosiac forward DIPA is brewed with 2-row and a blend of oats and wheat. Mosaic-heavy and intertwined with Galaxy and Nelson Sauvin. Our mango and blueberry forward mosaic plays well with the guava, mango and mellow passion fruit character of our Galaxy. The Nelson pops in for that fruity white wine hit with some clean dankness.
