Billy has always been the anchor of the Green City Squad slugging away with Strata, Nelson Sauvin, Lorien, and Rakau. This one sits on a base of Pilsner malt and a mix of malted and flaked oats.

Pours cloudy yellow with a short-lived head of white. Minimal retention or lacing. Cocktail syrup with cut grass and lemon-lime in the nose. Medium bodied with a soft but thinnish mouthfeel. Greenish and dank on the palate with minimal malt or bitterness. Raw hop resin with melon, unripe peach, pineapple, and candied apple. Finishes juicy and resinous.
