Pours milky yellow with a big spongy head of white. Persistent retention with plenty of tattered lacework. Unripe citrus in the nose with peach, grapefruit, pineapple skin. Medium bodied with a soft mouthfeel. Pithy and dry on the palate with minimal malt and a balancing bitterness. Pineapple, peach flesh, grapefruit pith.
Finishes a bit raw, green , and pithy.
