The Other Half and the Fidens crew came up with this beer concept independently of each other… sometimes the stars align. They wanted to mash up two of their favorite beers, The Vegan and Cheddar, and use our favorite hops from each: Galaxy, Citra, Nelson Sauvin, Kohatu and Ekuanot. Definitely lactose free.

Sweet tropical stonefruity hoppy, white wine grape, slightly malty, and slightly earthy nose on this one! Taste follows with a tropical hoppy, grapefruit citrus, and earthy bitter finish...as it warms, the Galaxy hops start to dominate the backend a bit! This is still soft and delicious!

Really lovely imperial NE-style IPA. Smooth semi-sweet malt body to back up a hop profile that is roughly equal parts citrus, tropical, and herbal. Super creamy and approachable.

Tall can from the Domino Park outpost location. Dated 6-21-22
Nice looking typical OH juiced up NEIPA look. Lots of frothy cap, and all sorts of lacing left behind
Heavenly sniff of ripe tropical fruits
On the palate it’s more of the same, with smooth pineapple and mango all over. All with a slight lime back note.
More mighty fine brew from BKLYN. Go get some
