Liz and James from Two Tides came up from Savannah to Green City Championships this year and brought a southern specialty to add to our crudite series of beers. Collards is stuffed with Citra, Citra Incognito, Motueka and NZ Pacific Sunrise.

I’m loving this NZ / Citra hop combo. Notes of overripe melon, bubblegum, and clementine, with undertones of berry and tropical fruit on the finish. Unique profile from many of the IPAs I’ve been drinking lately.
