Pours an orange color with a generous head and lacing
Aroma has abundant tarty, pear and peach hints
The taste follows the nose with a balance of sourness, citrus pear and peach flavors
A medium bodied well carbonated beer
A well balanced Wild Ale

Slightly foggy very pale gold with a bright white head of moderately short height.

Just shy of sharply sour, it's got a green hop vibrance amidst slightly more complex wild qualities. The exhale hints at acetic tones but the acid doesn't overwhelm the palate, ultimately imparting passion fruit qualities. With time, I do detect a touch of damp buttery cracker.
