A 19th Century American original created by ale brewers to compete with German-style lagers of the time. As we like to do throughout our Past & Present series, we updated our version by including Yakima Valley Loral hops in addition to Czech Saaz hops on a traditional base of German-grown pilsner malt and flaked corn. And no, Cream Ales don't contain cream.

Can at OH Buffalo. Clear golden pour, fizzy head. Rich grainy aroma, biscuity. Taste is bready, crackers, minor sweetness, dry, crisp. Relatively smooth. Nice to try some other than IPAs and stouts from these guys
