16-23 Month Bourbon Barrel Aged Blueberry Ice Cream Imperial Stout
Our team blended up some beautiful bourbon barrels aged between 16 and 23 months from our cellar and then conditioned it on freeze dried ice cream and blueberries to create a creamy, berry forward treat of bourbon blueberry ice cream.

L- Black, thick....no head nor lacing
S- bourbon, wood char, chocolate.......anise......dark fruit....molasses.....smokey vanilla
T-Similar to the nose....lots of roasty chocolate, barrel char and booze....finish is creamy chocolate/ vanilla ice cream with subtle berries lingering on the back end
F- Thick and creamy....lots of alcohol heat
O- Strong notes of bourbon and Barrell....beer is hot....berry flavor is muted....beer gets better and more complex as it sits and warms....mellows and the berries come through a bit more...heat dies off

On tap in DC. Black color. Thick. No head.
Thick, rich, fudgy. Lots of bourbon, oak, char. Blueberries show. Roasted malts. Finishes warm with more bourbon. The fruit is an undertone which is nice. A definite sipper.
