It just won't die. And for good reason as this has been one of our favorite Triple IPAs of all time. Brewed with Pilsner malt, oats and wheat before being aggressively hopped with Citra, Galaxy, Enigma, El Dorado, Mosaic and Citra Cryo and double dry hopped with the same. Then, we gave it two more dry hop additions of Galaxy, Citra Cryo and Mosaic. Soft and juicy

Pours a thick light gold with a bit of whiteness to it and a decent head. Aromas of grassy hops and citrus. Taste follows on that, very flavorful but gets a touch into over sweet and boozy like many other triple IPAs. Just a touch, though, not bad. Thick, creamy mouthfeel. Very good but 3rd Anniversary was better for me.

Look - Thick Hazy milky yellow with a big lasting white head and super sticky
Smell - light citrus earthy scents
Taste - tangerine peach pineapple with a slight pink grapefruit and a little milky
Feel - full body medium light carb and creamy
Ovearll - really fantastic tasting lacking a killer smell, really nice and creamy

From a 9-day-old can, pours a hazy, milky yellow. Smell and taste have all the fruits, along with some musky, earthy herbs. Not especially sweet nor boozy. Outstanding.
