Pours a mimosa color with a fluffy white head. The aromas are bright with bursts of citrus, tropical fruit, floral hops and pine. Juicy and hop-forward with flavors of ripe citrus, mango, and subtle stone fruit. Balanced by a gentle bitterness and a clean, slightly resinous finish. Soft and smooth mouthfeel with a medium body. Creamy texture with moderate carbonation that keeps it refreshing. Overall, I think it is a great pale ale that would be a good gateway-beer for the style.

this is downright fabulous pale ale, i think my favorite of the recent round of other half beers i got to drink with my brother. the packaging is rad on this, and sometimes when these guys go all weird with food names like broccoli and such, it doesnt make a lot of sense, but the oysters sort of create a mind vibe for me where i am appreciating minerality and delicate almost oceanic elements in this beer, marketing man. this is a hazy pale, but an easy drinking and well refined one. i feel like the hazy pale line is so so blurry with hazy ipa, but not in this instance, this is pale all the way, modern and dry hoppy and all, but still obviously pale ale to me, which is a point of distinction for it. starchy straw color, real pale, with more than an inch of what looks like whipped cream on the top of it, really active and billowing, lively as can be which helps keep it a little lighter than it looks really. the aroma is all dry hop to me, clean citrus, green melon approaching ripeness, herbal tea, white jellybean, and like a lemon curd thing, highly aromatic and beautifully fresh, the grain is supportive, dry, simple really in the nose, cohesive, new, low bitterness, green grape but not white wine, white florals, clean as these go. the flavor follows with a fruity lead note, but there is depth to this too, an almost green olive type salinity and like wake up call to the palate, but its not intense or aggressive, elderflower and soft lemon with it, canned fruit cocktail with the mushy pear chunks from my youth, some earthy grain rising up too, pretty standard hazy mix, but its great with the hops here, lots of body without being heavy, ideal. lemongrass and grass clippings at the end, limey, tight and tidy on the ferment, fast finishing and dry, very low bitterness but well resolved too, not oily and lingering long, not resinous, light footed somehow for all this flavor, almost refreshing to drink. id love to know the hop mix, some citra seems apparent, maybe something southern hemisphere here too, galaxy with the late lime note perhaps, not sure, but its all fabulous. high end pale here, very new school, i could drink this everyday.

Standard haze. Fresh floral, citrusy aroma. Grapefruit and orange flavors are the most identifiable, against a background of tropical fruit. Lots of flavor for 6%. Thought it was an IPA until I looked at the can.

Pours a bright golden yellow, head is healthy.
Smell is quite pleasant, notes of hibiscus, honeysuckle, dew-soaked grass.
Balanced flavor profile, mild dankness cut with citrusy sweetness.
Medium mouthfeel, a bit runny.

6 oz draft pour at Lures Bar & Grille in Crownsville, MD. Appearance is a cloudy yellow color with a small rocky head. Aroma and flavor feature citrus (sweet orange predominantly), mango, pineapple, and a hint of pine along with a crackery malt base. Mouthfeel is full and moderately carbonated. Overall a super tasty and fantastic (NE?) pale ale.

a: murky dark yellow color with some burnt matte orange notes. 1 finger white head that fades to a thin film pretty quickly
s: sharp sweet citrus - oranges, clementines, and orange zest. some crackery malt and a faint hit of chalk. mango and pineapple sorbet followed by some guava and kiwi
t: sweet orange juice and pineapples upfront. strawberry kiwi behind that with some mango and passionfruit. peach cobbler and sweet orange zest and juice close it out
m: lighter side of medium with moderate carbonation
o: awesome hazy Pale Ale. Sweet and tropical, but light enough that it's easy to drink. a crackery touch is nice as well. the only knock is the abv is approaching IPA territory

16oz can, No dating information found.
Hazy, pale gold colored body. Two finger of fine bubble white head. Mainly one lacing ring left behind along with a few spots.
Aroma of pineapple, melon, passion fruit, and strawberry.
Taste is fruity but not overripe. Flavors of pineapple, juicy fruit, orange, strawberry, and a touch of mint. Aftertaste is a secondary wave of peak ripe fruit.
More than medium mouth feel. Has some tanginess that tightens the mouth. Smooth and getting toward ice cream. Very good carbonation.
Soft textured IPA that choses a hop balance to get maximum fruit juice. To me any expression of dank pine is rather minor, but there is hops woodiness involved.
