Similar to Broccoli we are being forced to kill off Florets as well. This is beer has always been heavily Mosaic with the usual Broccoli dry hops for support but like Broccoli we are swapping out the Cascade and Blanc for Strata and Nelson. We had planned to swap these hops in the future so doing it for this last batch seemed appropriate. We also hopped this with some Nelson and Strata CGX. RIP Florets

Appearance: Pours a completely hazy (5% clarity) medium to pale yellow color with a strong white head. SRM of 7. (4.00)
Aroma: Strong-arms of grapefruit citrus, , gooseberry, vinous green and purple grape, with some green pineapple and citrus underneath. (3.75)
Flavor: Strong flavors of grapefruit citrus, gooseberry, vinous green grape, some apple, and lime citrus. A bready malt body to balance. Finishes with a balance of green grape and smooth and creamy bready malts. (4.00)
Feel: Medium body, strong cremation. Juicy but also creamy smooth mouth feel. (4.25)
Compared to BlackStack White Owls 5/2023: Pours hazier, similar head. Milder aromas. More green grape, apple, and gooseberry. Less green guava and lime. Slightly more vinous and less green. Stronger malt body.
Overall: Very nice NEIPA. Didn't have the original Broccoli Florets, but this one is pretty good. Green gooseberry, grape, grapefruit, guava, lime flavors. Some floral within A creamy bread malt to balance and drink smooth. (Rating: 4.03)

On tap in dc. White head with lace. Hazy yellow gold color.
Hoppy, tropical, bitter, green. Floral with some citrus. Hop powder. Lighter than some other OH beers. Pretty decent.
