We hold out the best of our broccoli crop for this reserve release. We swapped out the Cascade hops for Citra and Citra Cryo, and also used the usual Mosaic, Mosaic Cryo, Simcoe, Simcoe Cryo and Hallertau Blanc.

Can poured into a Mountain Rambler Brewery pint glass
A: Pours hazy golden amber with a frothy eggshell white head that settles to a firm layer and laces nicely.
S: Like a smoothie of exotic, tropical, and stone fruit with a hint of melon, floral notes, juicy citrus, a little resinous pine, a touch grassy and faintly herbal, biscuity malt, and caramel sweetness.
T: Ripe exotic, tropical, and stone fruit, gooseberry, blueberry, apricot, peach, pineapple, white grape, papaya, mango, passion fruit, and a hint of melon, juicy citrus, orange and lemon lime, a little resinous pine, a bit floral, slight herbal notes, biscuity malt, and caramel sweetness.
M: On the fuller side of medium body, mild to moderate carbonation, soft on the palate and creamy smooth
O: It took a little while, but I think I finally came up with the right analogy for this beer. It's a "Best of/Greatest Hits" album. It's not trying to write the next new big hit with new experimental hops, instead it takes the hops you know and love, including some special versions of them like Cryo and Incognito (think live concert recordings), and lines them up back to back for a super smooth sensory experience. No skips, just sips.

Canned 4/14/25 in Brooklyn.
L: Pours an opaque yellow with a short fluffy white head that lingers with some bubbles of foam on top. A pretty ring of lacing with some thin irregular ribbons underneath.
S: Aromas of papaya, mango, peach, and lemon lime. Some dank weediness that becomes more prominent while drinking.
T: Tropical up front. Citrus in the middle. Finishes dry with some bitterness. Some dankness late, with resin.
F: Medium mouthfeel and carbonation. A bit prickly, also resiny.
O: Looks and smells terrific, tastes even better. Outstanding flavor profile that pivots from tropical to citrus to dank. There's something here for every DIPA lover except anti-hazy militants.

poured from a 16oz can into a CW snifter. pours a hazy orange with a creamy white foam head. big orange, pineapple, mango and guava on the nose. taste follows with a slightly bitter finish. really good though! thick, full mouthfeel. this one is really good. extremely drinkable for 8.3%. not sure if i’ve had regular broccoli to tell the differences but switching out cascade for citra seems to work.

16oz can from tavour. Orange golden pour, white foamy head subsides, spotty lacing. Aroma is fruity, stone fruit, citrus, spruce. Taste starts with the citrus, grapefruit peel, earthy evrgreen notes after, subtle apricot. Mouthfeel is heavenly as expected from OH. Sweet, juicy, light lingering bitterness. A real treat.
