Our friends from Yakima Chief Hops and NZ Hops Ltd. stopped in after the Craft Brewers Conference to brew this new version of All Nectaron Everything with us. They teamed up to bring us the first ever lot of Nectaron Cryo so we decided to go big and push Nectaron to the limit with a TDH version with an outsized proportion of the hops as cryo to really get a feel for what Nectaron Cryo does in a beer. Big bold pineapple, peach and tropical fruits.

This was another beer from Other Half that I picked up in Brooklyn last year and took a while to get around to. Thankfully, this held up well as it was as plush as anything that I've had from them over the years. So much to like here as this was worthy of getting the TDH treatment!
Golden, hazy, and oh-so-plush on the eyes, this was topped off with plenty of enduring suds that never completely subsided. The lacing left behind was in the form of a few thick rings with hints of them in between. Lots of tropical fruits, pineapple, and fruit cocktail in the nose as the taste was just as laid-back, fresh, and the slightest bit dank in the back with some peach and lychee to boot. So tasty, so effortless, and so hidden of any overt alcohol, the carbonation was perfect as this was light on the palate and inviting until the last sip.
More juice than alcohol, this never felt like beer as it would have been easy to quaff more than one in a sitting. Dated 5/24 on the bottom of the can and brewed in Brooklyn, this reminded me of the beers of yesterday that I used to line up for on Saturday mornings. Another feather in Other Half's cap here!

Pours a vibrant hazy orange golden color with a nice head and lacing
Aroma has generous tropical and citrus hints
The taste follows the nose with a well balanced tropical and citrus flavor
A medium bodied well carbonated beer
A great IIPA
