After a tough go it's nice to be back at Centre St., home is where the beer is. A German style pils with Bohemian Pils malt and hopped with Ariana and Saaz hops.

pours bright yellow with fine head light malt smell - light crisp pilsener style

Look - very slight haze golden color with a big white head, without the haze it would have had higher
Smell - grassy floral citrus
Taste - slightly bitter very citrus grassy floral
Feel - medium light body and carb
Overall - nice hopped pils
