A NZ hop week collab with our NZ pals at Garage Project. We made a daydream version of All Kiwi Everything with one of our favorite all NZ hop combos: Southern Cross, Motueka, Nelson Sauvin and Rakau. To top it off we even used some NZ sourced milk sugar to make it as New Zealand-y as possible.

Slightly more than a fingers worth of ultra lush and fluffy light khaki colored froth... Rock star retention... Cor is a dull extremely hazy tangerine... Nose of slightly pungent whole flowered hops, lime zest and a surprising whiff of bubblegum... Palate closely follows the nose but everything is on steroids... Stellar flavor combination that leaves you finding unique nuance with each sip... Feel is on the fuller side of medium bodied... Ultra lush, creamy and a bit chewy... everything I've come to expect from Other Half and perhaps a bit more... Outstanding...

From a 16oz can with an illegible date-stamp. Served in a spiegelau IPA glass.
Pours a hazy orange with a scant two fingers of soft, soapy suds. Retention is excellent, leaving a fat, puckered creamy cap and a tattered curtain of foamy lacing.
Nose is fruity, yeasty. Smells like pineapple-peach ice cream with a squeeze of lime.
Taste is dense and fruity, bread roll with marmalade - if marmalade can be dank? More citrusy, less tropical than the nose. Tasting grapefruit peel and lemon creme. Finishes with some mild citric-type bitterness.
Feel is soft and smooth, a medium doughy body with ample fine, tingly carbonation. Just a hint of creamy, oaty slickness.
Overall, fine drinking. As with the best of the Daydream series, the oats, and use of lactose are so restrained and low-key that you couldn’t be sure if you hadn’t read it on the label.
