Bottle. Not much head. Dark brown black color.
Toasted coconut, caramel, fudge, vanilla, cake batter. Coffee blends in well. Nice roast, but not burnt. Cinnamon in the nose and finish. Smooth, warming. Nice bourbon flavor. This is one of the better OH stouts as of late.

Had on tap as guest beer at Mortalis (Avon).
Excellent huge BA Stout. Rich; some fruit/ raspberry and nuttiness. Vanilla and coffee. Coconut noticeable but well integrated; not pushy. Thankfully cinnamon is even more reserved and complementary not in your face.
Super smooth; maybe a bit oily and some abv burn…but not to the extent that it detracts.
Very nice big stout; dessert or otherwise excellent sipper.

Pours very dark and thick, minimal head. Beautiful aroma of coconut, almond paste, sweet vanilla, very faint cinnamon. Rich and syrupy, lots of chocolate fudge, ample coconut, nutty, very light cinnamon on the finish. Barrel aging rounds it out and balances it perfectly. Overall one of my favorite annual offerings from OH. Love it.

Appearance: Pours pitch black with a swirl of lace that fades away; leggy with no lacing
Smell: Dark chocolate with coconut and Macadamia nut tones; the Bourbon caresses that aromatics elegantly and the coffee arrives at the end
Taste: The Bourbon plays a more prominent role in the flavor profile, complementing (not dominating) from start to finish; dark chocolate and fruity coffee emerge first, with the coconut and Macadamia adding some sweeter aspects; after the swallow, the barrel builds further with cinnamon adding some heat to the finish
Mouthfeel: Full bodied with verry little carbonation; warmth in the gullet
Overall: I am sorry I missed versions I-VI as this is extraordinary stuff
