From the growler in a snifter via Growler Stop in Newtown. This solid little Baltic
pours a muddled dark brown with a moderate head of khaki foam that settles to a
thick ring, thin clumping layer, and sports some faint lacing. Nose of dark bread,
raisin, vinous wine hints, caramel, and dark roasted goodness. Flavors follow the
nose with dark malts, brown sugars, dark raisin bread, bread crust, subtle char, and
currant nuances dashed with vinous dark wine touches. Mouth feel is medium full,
smooth, rich, moderately coating, and finishing lightly dry and roasted.

Overall, a SOLID Baltic
