This bourbon barrel aged Imperial Stout with the stout masters at Toppling Goliath is conditioned on Cloud Cover Coffee, Maple Syrup and Freeze Dried Ice Cream to create a space-y bourbon-y maple coffee ice cream bar for the gravity disadvantaged.

Pours extremely thick and viscous, pitch black, with some freeze dried ice cream floaters. Nice. Big chocolate aroma with some bourbon barrel mixed in. Big chocolate flavor up front, liquid fudge, just sooooo good. Coffee appears on the finish in the form of an acidic tartness that is unique but minimal. Gentle residual sweetness from the maple that is perfect, not cloying. Very thick with minimal carbonation. Overall a delicious BA stout.
