A - Pours a hazy orange with a two finger foamy white head. Tons of soapy lacing,

S - Aroma is lime, orange, pineapple and dank hops.

T - The taste is a wash of tropical and citrus. Lime, mango, peach, tangerine, pineapple, cantaloupe, sweet malts and light bitter hop bite.

M - Full body with medium carbonation. Creamy mouthfeel with a slick dry finish.

O - Solid with an interesting flavor profile.

 

 

I'm a big fan of The Other Half IPA's, but this one didn't quite do it for me. It is different, I'll give them that. I got a 4 pack from the Bloomfield, NY location. The malty mouth feel, hazy look and nice lacing was there as always. This one is seems to be a bit sweeter, even too sweet for me and the aroma is not very floral. It’s certainly drinkable, but I’d rather drink a Broccoli or All Citra Everything,

16oz can from Tavour. Hazy orange pink pour, thin foamy head settles down to bubbles. Big fruity aroma, tropical, stone fruit, floral. Taste is fruity, ripe, juicy, zesty, tropical, melon, peaches. Thick and creamy feel.

This has the same good looks of most OH IPA’s, but the aroma was very lemony with peach and mango, and the flavor was so juicy that it reminded me of a kids juice box. It’s a cornucopia of tropical fruits including peach, tangerine, grapefruit, pineapple, guava, lime, starfruit, melon, yuzu and juice drinks that get served at a second grader’s birthday party. There are some malty notes like biscuit in the background along with some spices like coriander and some peppery hints, then then trailing yeast which gives off basically zero bitterness. A very different IPA, one I’d revisit to see how the next batch tastes.

 

Had a couple different times now its pretty good. Ive had this nectaron hop a lot now from a bunch of different breweries i kinda like it its just hit or miss sometimes for me.
