Dark brown color where no light passes through the edge of the glass. Beige head that leaves a blotches of spots on the glass.
The smell starts with dark Baker’s chocolate but morphs into charcoal and ash aromas.
The taste starts off sweet but becomes drier quickly with a strong semisweet cocoa flavor. Decent body and ample carbonation. Not much alcohol on the tongue. Shorter aftertaste despite the stronger charred presence. There’s a mild semisweet cherry touch.
