Bottle: Poured a pitch-black color stout with a dark brown foamy head with some retention and some lacing notes. Aroma of chocolate notes with some floral coffee bourbon barrel notes and light vanilla notes. Taste is also a mix of chocolate/fudge notes with some vanilla against bourbon notes with a dry floral coffee finish. Body is pretty full with good carbonation with no discernible alcohol notes.Very solid pastry stout with great balance of flavors.
