Pink in colour with a very strong opacity, although a better statement would be that the liquid is full of particles resembling overcooked and blended strawberries. The foam is pink, low and looks like dirty sediment on the surface of a drain - literally.
The aroma is reminiscent of a slightly fermented strawberry compote and is mildly acidic.
The taste is moderately sour. You can smell cooked strawberries all the time and maybe a little more vanilla.
Saturation medium plus. Texture smooth. Body medium upwards. Long sour aftertaste.
