Canned 12?/25, into an Ethereal Brewing tulip.

Pours a very thick hazy orange with short-lived white foam. Aroma is marshmallow, cream, and heavy passionfruit. Flavor is very very juicy and a little sweet, with a little diesel funk. Tons of passionfruit and sweet grapefruit as well as a pronounced dankness. There's a lot of creamy oat flavor and some sweet vanilla on the back end. As it warms, a really lovely fruit flavor consumes the funk and hides any trace of bitterness, it's very realistic. Not too sweet but with a pleasant slight sugar that clings to your mouth. Feel is good, lower body than I'd think and no alcohol presence, with a nice stickiness.

Overall, I was expecting a little more sugar and thickness from this, but it's not that underwhelming. I think if I got this one a lot more fresh, not that it's too old to enjoy, I'd probably have it in my top 10 beers.

Pours a darker yellow color with typical OH perfect fluffy head. Very aromatic, lots of dank guava, some grassy citrus, tropical fruit punch. Very flavorful - spicy hops (6 week old can), sweet and juicy, has a candy-like flavor. Hop candy is the best way I can describe it. I don’t get much dankness, light citrus. Maybe lemon candies? Really yummy. Carbonation adds to a creamy texture. Overall - totally awesome. Reminds me of Tree House Super Treat.

The can I have states "ALC BY VOL 6.5%" which differs from what is listed here.
The can was purchased in cold storage. From the bottom of the can: "06 0324 BK 09:19:54"

Appearance: It has a lemon-yellow body that is mostly opaque but some light comes through the edges. It has a large fluffy white head with good head retention. Pretty good lacing.

Aroma: It smells like pineapple and a bit of mango. There is a hint of pine in the background too. It smells very nice.

Taste: The taste very closely matches the aroma. There is a pineapple character up front and it transitions to a mango flavor more towards the middle and back of the mouth. It has a bit of a raw hop flavor towards the back that joins in with some of the hop burn but it taste more tropical than grassy or vegetal. The overall flavors are pretty nice but they are also very mellow.

Mouthfeel: It's a light-bodied beer with a slight hint of texture and a bit of hop burn towards the back. It's drinkable and pretty enjoyable. Light hop bitterness

Overall: It's a pretty good beer. The label on the can states that it is "BREWED WITH: RIWAKA, MILK SUGAR, OATS." The flavors and aromas in the beer are nice but they feel a bit muted. Although they are muted it's still a pretty enjoyable beer. There is a light bit of hop burn that joins in with the bitterness at the end but it's not much. Mostly it's a mellow-drinking somewhat tropical beer. I could probably drink it again from time to time. I'd recommend at least trying it, especially if you can get it fresh at the brewery.

16oz can from Tavour. Hazy, milky yellow pour, one finger persistent creamy white head. Fruity, floral, citrusy aroma. Thick, creamy feel with sumptuous fruity flavors, melon, orange, guava with a nice zesty bite. Lush and delicious.

Unusual NEIPA. Single hop beer featuring Riwaka hops. This beer also has milk sugar and oats, making it a more smooth brew without NEIPA dankness or much general IPA bitterness. Poured from a 16 oz. can into a pint glass, this beer has a hazy straw yellow color and a medium sized foamy white head with good retention and thick bands of foamy lacing on the glass. Aroma and taste feature grapefruit and some tropical fruit. Beyond that there is an element of lactose which, combined with the oats, gives this beer a less bitter and crisp mouthfeel but rather a smoother and richer presence. Different, but still enjoyable.

Can to poolside plastic snifter. (canned 6/3/24, so just about 2 weeks fresh)

LOOK: hazy light yellow/straw, big foamy white head, tons of legs and lacing and retention.

AROMA: guava, passion fruit, hint of some floral and perfume notes.

TASTE: tropical fruit, melon with a touch of white grape and cactus?, light pepper, some citrus.

FEEL: light to medium body, sharp carbonation, slightly dusty finish.

Nice IPA that seems typical for OH on the surface, but Riwaka offers some interesting one-off flavors and they dance around the usual suspects quite nicely. Solid.
