My college buddy brought a couple tall boy cans of Other Half beer to share at a House Party for the OSU vs ORE game.....which OSU lost by a point. It poured a hazy yellowish with white head that left some lace. The scent and taste had exotic tropical fruit presence. The mouthfeel was medium in body with good carbonation. Overall it is a solid beer!

Other half calls this a double dry hopped pale ale (fyi- not NEIPA as categorized here). It is very close to a single IPA, with a leaner body and some balancing bitterness . Surprisingly less aromatic than anticipated but that is compensated for on the palate with some depth of flavor, freshness and complexity, grassiness and dank notes, a touch of tropical fruit and grapefruit in particular, you get some pith and rind along with the juiciness to make for a moderately bitter finish with low perceived sweetness. Medium to just slightly light bodied with a smooth feel and fine carbonation. Very enjoyable and a strong opener!
