Hop Duos is the intersection of two great hops, in this case our hand selected Nelson Sauvin and Mosaic. This series is about finding hop combinations that bring out greatness in each other to make top notch IPA's. New world fruity white wine notes, blueberry and tropical fruit character come together with this fun combo.

Lighter and subtler than most OH IPAs, it’s got a citrusy tanginess with notes of orange and lemon on both the nose and the tongue. Crisp, mildly mouth watering finish, mild alcohol presence. Good, but not as good as I expect from them.

Pours an enticing deep shade of gold dotted with bubbles
Bright, pleasant, smell of fresh-cut grass, lime, honeysuckle
Taste is grapefruit forward, some mandarin orange
well carbonated, strong-bodied, chewy.

Standard haze. Nelson really coming through on the aroma. Dominates palate too, but Mosaic add a semi-funky note that makes it all that more interesting.

Such a beautiful friendship! Nelson and Mosaic together are very fruity, both tangy citrus and sweet tropical style. Some dry, earth golden grains for balance is pretty laid-back at 6.5% Abv but the hops really shine here with plenty of depth.
