A hazy IPA brewed for NZ Hop Week with a new hop from NZ Hops' Bract program. The Bract program develops new hop varieties with NZ Plant & Food research. NZH109 is more than rare at this point but it's an exciting new variety with strong sweet candied passion fruit notes.

Can: Poured a hazy/cloudy pale yellow color ale with a medium white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of citrusy hoppy notes with some juicy floral hops undertones and some light tropical/passionfruit hoppy notes. Taste is also a good mix of citrusy hoppy notes with some juicy floral hops undertones notes, some nice tropical/passionfruit notes and a dry finale. Body is full for style with creamy texture and with good carbonation. Nice NEIPA with nice passionfruit undertones.
