Our friends at Great Notion brewed this stout base for barrels with us over 2 years again and it's been sitting in bourbon barrels ever since until we pulled them and conditioned the base on pistachio's, vanilla and cannoli shells. This bourbon barrel flavored pistachio cannoli is big on NYC character and is favored by our pals Broc and Squatch

Pours very thick with zero head. Massive sweet BA aroma, loads of vanilla on the nose, with Spumoni Gardens Pistachio Spumoni aromas towards the end. Lots of bourbon barrel flavor in the base stout, semi-sweet, ample vanilla, o get the pistachio and cannoli shell flavors towards the end, along with a slight espresso bitterness. Thick and creamy with barely any carbonation. Overall, it’s delicious.
