This small Snowbirds variant release is from 19 year bourbon barrels aged for 2 years. We then conditioned it on vanilla from East Timor that has a unique beautiful and subtle fruity vanilla character.

bottle to snifter.
LOOK: motor oil black, no head or lacing.
AROMA: super vanilla, very nice oak and bourbon to compliment, not really much else but the power from those three notes are enough to make this a 4.75 in that category.
TASTE: vanilla coke, boozy vanilla coke, cake batter, rum cake, chocolate bread pudding......super sweet, but the booze cuts it quite nicely. Barrel character gets smoother throughout drinking.
FEEL: super thick, chewy, super flat, booze it hot.
I am warming on this (as it warms). I've been down on sugar bombs, but this one has some counter-action to make it work.
