The hop doctor is back in our collaboration with our friends at North Park. A West Coast-style IPA with notes of stone fruit, tropical citrus, floral, and just a little bit of dank. Dosed with Nelson Sauvin, Chinook, Krush Cryo, Nectaron. (7.5%)

Just after one beertender told me they didn’t have any west coast IPAs available outside of their flagship someone delivered these beauties.
Pours as clear as one would expect. In spite of the name the aroma lacks oomph. However, the sip makes up for this with a lightly floral dank note and some mild bitterness. Easy drinker, just what the doctor ordered.
