An extra hazy Imperial IPA, brewed with our friends at Parish Brewing, giving notes of intense tropical fruit, peach concentrate, bright citrus, and sweet passionfruit. Raw and uncut hop goodness from the hand selected Citra Incognito, Nectaron Cryo, Nelson Sauvin, Riwaka.

Very nice collaboration, bold hop flavour from the get go, well supported balance from malt. On draft at Rochester location. Above average DIPA. Collab with Parrish.

Canned 9/22/25 BK.
L: Pours an opaque yellow with a big fluffy white head. Very pretty lacing.
S: Aroma of hay.
T: A generic citrus and tropical blend up front, followed by Riwaka hay. Finishes dry and slightly bitter, with a slight aftertaste of hay.
F: Prickly mouthfeel, medium carbonation.
O: Not bad, but this is the weakest of the recent Parish collabs. The smell and taste of hay mar it a bit.
