The entire contents of a pint can were emptied into a clear glass liter mug. The process went easily, as only a little head was produced. The head and the liquid below are darkly pink-amber, perhaps mauve(?), murky and with some whitish solids. There's a sour fruity aroma, but strawberry does not stand out. It tastes as much vaguely sweet, likely the lactose and vanilla, as it does strawberry. It's not unpleasant, but the level of strawberry flavor on the tongue is disappointing. Credit to the Yuzu for preventing this from being too sweet. Its body is just what's expected from a milkshake beer, viscous, but not refreshing. There's plenty of lacing left behind in the glass to indicate the sticky factor. This comes up a little short in flavor for a fruited beer. The characteristics of a lactose infused brew dominate the overall, so if you like them, you might like this.
