Look - black and thick with slight lacing
Smell and taste - sweet pineapple with some molasses
Feel - thick with a slight carbonation

On paper, sounds like it should not work at all, 30 months in bourbon barrels, pineapple, marshmallow, coconut, vanilla. Crazy, but it works. Pineapple is powerful in the aroma, but stays complementary in the flavor. A slight bite in the middle, quickly balanced out by the vanilla and marshmallow, lending to a pineapple whip flavor that, again, on paper, shouldn’t work, but gets immediately picked up by the bourbon and wood to keep the whole thing firmly in stout territory, albeit different. The color is really stark black, clear like a marble. Mouthfeel is perfect gooey but clean for the adjuncted profile. 12.1% ABV is quite approachable for the seasoned beer advocate.
