Not entirely sure the description is accurate here—I’m fairly certain this is a straight barrel‑aged stout with no adjuncts. It pours black with a thin beige head. The aroma brings dark chocolate, coffee, oak, and a smooth bourbon presence. Those same notes carry into the rich, malty flavor, finishing warm and beautifully rounded. Exceptionally well balanced.

BA Snowbirds 9 pours a black color, with no head. The aroma is sweet, with big bourbon and oak notes. The flavor has huge bourbon and oak notes on a dark stout base. Good feel.
