On draught. Hazy yellow with a thick rocky head that settles into a collar that produces intricate, cascading curtain lacing.
The toasted Hefe malt is a little dry, as are the banana/clove yeast flavors, not a bad thing, and it pairs well with the hops selection. Mild phenolic flavors linger.
Mouthfeel is light, the finish is dry and refreshing.

This is a solid Hefeweizen! Pours a light, bright hazy golden color with a lumpy head. Textbook aroma of banana, bubblegum, coriander. Taste is on the bitter side, which isn’t bad. Light to medium mouthfeel with virtually no carbonation. Overall, uniquely good!

Typical hefe haze, long-lasting head with excellent lacing. Fresh clove-like aroma. Lemony hop flavor comes through on the palate, nicely balancing the phenolic yeast notes. Very light body. Not my favorite style, but I like they've done here with the Motueka hops, taming the phenols somewhat and making it more drinkable.
