Blended Saison poured from a 750ml growler, Milo, ME
One of the finest saisons I’ve ever had the pleasure of drinking. Absolutely gorgeous pillowy, white three finger head, and a perfect straw color in the glass. In both the smell and the taste there’s a perfect level of barnyard funk, that adds another layer of complexity to an incredibly drinkable beer. Both refreshing and crisp, and if not for the abv, it would make an excellent table beer.
I’ve been very impressed with what BB has turned out of Milo so far, and I look forward to what else they have in store. I’ve been most impressed with the Belgian esq funk that they’ve been able to impart in their beers, which is incredibly rare from a US Brewer.
