750 ml bottle.
Pours a cloudy yellow straw color with a massive, unrelenting sudsy white head. Champagne-like bubbles, leaving a ring of lacing around the top of the glass.
The aroma brings notes of white wine grapes, lemon zest, apricot, pear, wheat and cereal grains with some wet grass and funk.
The flavor follows the nose: White wine grapes, lemon, apricot and pear with some sweet citrus, vinegar, grains, wheat, hay, wet grass, and light funk. There's a sweet honey like character throughout.
The feel is light bodied with great carbonation. Lively and effervescent with a dry, very drinkable finish.
Overall, this is an excellent Grisette. It's wonderfully balanced and also nicely tart, fruity and funky, not to mention absurdly drinkable.

Very clear with a champagne type head. Smells a bit like white wine. Very tart, spicy, somewhat peppery. Very refreshing but the tartness makes it more of a slow sipper.
