L: Pours a straw color with a light haze. The pour produces a finger of fine white head that quickly dissipates leaving no lacing as the beer goes down.
S: Woody funk, notes of lemon, light notes of apple orchard, hints of berry, and a light floral quality
T: I get lemons, red berries, light grass notes, lactic acid, and a light woody funk. The backend and finish have a nice tartness.
F: Medium light body with a soft and effervescent mouthfeel. The finish has a light dryness.
O: This is my first saison from Bissell and I am not disappointed.
