Very slight aroma. Peppery with a slight tartness and bitterness. Not a favour of this style but if I'm going to drive know one Fonta Flora does better.

Hazy straw color with a crisp white fluffy head. Nose has black pepper, straw, hay and cherry. Taste is bold peppery spice with some horse blanket grainy malt and cracker. A hint of tart cherry And strawberry. Light on the palate and dry. Crushable.

Light gold in color. Nose of candied pomme fruit, very inviting and captivating. What is the abv on this again haha? Clean grainy flavor with very low levels of fruit, tart astringency and toast present. A lot going on with this little guy. A moderate amount of carbonation keeps this beer rather refreshing.

On tap at brewpub:
Pale yellow and fairly clear-light haze. Head is creamy white and laces the glass early.
Nose is farmhouse style-hay, earthy, with a little funk. There's also a little lemon note that, combined with everything reminds me of being in a freshly cleaned old ranch.
Tate follows suit, being a bit more funky than tart, but with the addition of a peppery spice and carbonation bite. A hint of the lemon hits at the end. Light in feel, but it hits the entirety of the palate.
A nice light beer that has some noble hips-like spice (without the grass notes), and a hint of funk. It does perhaps tend a bit in impression of what I think of in some dry pilsners.

Delicious and well balanced. Light funk and very slight tartness. Very solid and would drink quite a few on a hot summer day. Carbonation was just right, and you can really appreciate the character of the yeast in this brew.
