On tap at Right Proper Brewing Company in Washington, DC.
Pours a murky golden-yello with a foamy tan head that settles to a partial film on top of the beer. Small streaks of lace form around the glass on the drink down. Smell is sour with grain, citrus fruit, tropical fruit, funk, white wine, wood, and acidic aromas. Taste is much the same with sour citrus fruit, tropical fruit, funk, Brett, white wine, and wood flavors on the finish. There is a mild amount of acidity on the palate with each sip. This beer has a lower level of carbonation with a slightly crisp mouthfeel. Overall, this is a very good beer with a fantastic mix of tropical, Brett, and barrel aged characteristics all around.
