This juicy farmhouse ale is open fermented with brettanomyces and lactobacillus and brewed with lots of wheat, Galaxy, Citra, and Centennial hops. Graced with fresh kumquats and a touch of sage, Alice is brewed in celebration of the cosmic glory of Alice Coltrane.

Draft at the source. Pale yellow, hazy body with a small white ring on the apex. The nose is musty funk, hay, grass, bright floral notes, citrus. A summer day in a glass. Orange, grapefruit, tangerine notes with medium bitterness in the finish. Light bodied and easy drinking. Very tasty.
