On tap at Right & Proper in Shaw. Served in a stemmed tulip.
What a great beer. The first saison in a long time that is worthy of more than an slightly above average rating. The mosaic hops are fantastic and in this beer they really pop. Not a classic by style but one of the best saisons I’ve had. 4.75
A - Pours a cloudy orange yellow with a small off white head. 4.25
S - Aromas of sweet spicy blossoms, cinnamon and clove. Very appetizing. Mouth watering. 5.0
T - Spicy with light caramel malts, pretzel, some sweetness, not as spicy as the aroma. 4.5
MF. - Medium light body with a just barely dry finish that cleans up the sweetness and refreshes the palate making you ready for another quaff. 4.5
