another tasty one from these guys, they made a heck of an impression on me. wood aged farmhouse type done with fruit, but they dont say which and its so well integrated and fermentation forward that its a little hard to single any out, like in the nose its white winey enough for me to maybe think white grapes, but i also get some tang, a little central sweetness, and a tropical flare that could make it passion fruit and orange or something, and it definitely has a hard cider complexion as it warms, so it could be apples, but im not sure if its all of these or none of them, id love more information on this. fruity tang and bacterial tang both in this, plenty of oak and vinous layers, perhaps a touch malty with some sweetness and body in the middle of it, cut flower freshness despite the obvious maturity, some bretty funk and saison yeast type esters as it warms, a bit of a fruity punchy vibe but not generic in a fruity sense, just hard to isolate. real nice ferment on this, some body too but not a ton of grain flavor, the fruit is in front of that, citrusy to me the more it sits, maybe a raspberry twang too, really flavorful, vinous, and good. high carbonation, woody heft to the mouthfeel, brett weirdness late, just awesome. these guys are on my radar now for sure, cool beer!

Pours a nice amber color with a slight head and lacing
Aroma had generous Brett, fruity and floral hints
The taste follows the nose with a pleasant well balanced Brett, fruity and floral flavor
A light bodied well carbonated beer
A great Saison

Pours a hazy orangish brown - kinda like your west coast/midcoast ipas in terms of color - like it’s been burdened with crystal malt - obviously the color is lent by the fruits in this case.
Funk and fruit punch on the hose - like that hi-c or capri sun fruit punch.
It's blue berry and strawberry that shine here, some pear too - it's very seedy, tannin driven tanginess - like the black things on the skin of a strawberry, the flavor of those...that's what is most prevalent in terms of fruit character.
Honestly, this was fine, but not great.
