The first beer aged in our 45hl foudre, re-homed at Oxbow back in January 2020, is a foudre-aged mixed fermentation farmhouse ale, aged on spruce tips. Proceeds from the sale of this beer will be donated to the Sarcoma Foundation of America in honor of our friend Ben Tolken.

Had on tap. Golden murky body with a thin white ring. Peach, lemon, and pine with supporting tart oak and lighthearted funk for the smell. Taste has the same elements but in distinct waves: first the oaky peach and citrus and then the funk enhanced pine. Very light and delicate, pine takes over and creates and long sip of texture, bright and artful overall.
