16oz can served in a curvy Monhegan pint glass. Dated 09/22/2025.
Pours clear honey-gold with a big head, slow carbonation, pretty beer. Smell is hop cones and honeysuckle, some mango and tropical fruit juice. Something reminds me of marshmallow.
Taste is an interesting combination of opposing intensities. Lots of sweetness, grain with a hint of honey. Lots of bitterness. Grape must and mango skin. Finish is bitter.
Mouthfeel is medium bodied, smooth. Nice beer.

Poured into a Seattle Beer Week pint glass. Pours a medium golden amber with a one finger white head with great retention and solid lacing. Aroma of lightly caramel malt, citrus and dank hops, orange, grapefruit, a hint of mixed fruit and light dankness. Flavor is dank and citrus hops, grapefruit, orange, and a little mixed tropical fruit. Finish is resinous dankness with fine bitterness. Medium bodied with light to moderate creaminess. It's always nice to find a new Stoup fresh hop variety and this time it's Amarillo, a hop which I've enjoyed in the past, but it's been a while to have as a single hop. The expect citrus and grapefruit are there, but the orange citrus is subdued in this one. Hints of other fruit linger. The finish is resinous, but not that piney; leaning to resinous grapefruit, which I'm not sure I've tasted before. Another fresh hops with fine aroma and herbal character.Sadly, I leave for SoCal tomorrow, and will miss most of the rest of fresh hop season; hopefully a few late entries will still be around.
