Draft at the brewery
Med foamy creamy head with moderate retention, fairy soapy lacing, mostly clear honey blond color
Nose nice floral herbal hops with light fruity esters and light sweet malt, little sulfate note and earthy vanilla
Taste fair cereal grain with big earthy vanilla bean that gets overpowering and out of place, mild fruity esters, hops bring decent floral herbal flavors, medium to lighter bitterness up front increasing to medium to a little higher bitterness on the finish, more earthy vanilla lingering
Mouth is med bod, magnum to lighter carb
Overall sad, the base ESB had such potential but the vanilla really just clashed with everything and ruined the beer
