2012 poured into Duvel tulip.
A - Poured about a two finger white head which quickly falls to a trace. Body is only slightly hazy, but full of floaties that are throughout. I did not pour the whole bottle, but I did not give it much time to settle before pourting.
S - This is good. Just the right sugary sweet followed by a hint of sour. I get strawberries, grapefruit, and Belgian yeast. Mmmm, can't wait.
T - A lot going on here. Definite up front sour (not crazy mouth puckering, but there) like lemonade. Still that Belgian yeast coming through. Gets better with more.
M - It is lighter but what you would expect from a nice Belgian tripel. I would say average carbonation and body (but since it fits the beer, a 4 is warranted).
O - Once you kind of get over the shock - not your average tripel - it is very nice. Easy to drink with great subtle flavors that go well together. Can't taste the alcohol at all and just well done.

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
